He was kinda huge, which you can't really tell. Even the seasoned pest control guy was surprised by how heavy he was. But y'all? He was SO FRICKIN CUTE!! I totally take back the whole shoot him and stuff him approach. Very docile, which the guy said is rare - usually they're all hissing and spitting fire. But he just kinda looked up at us with his sad little eyes.
Sneaky bastard.
He will be released somewhere lovely to meet new pals to frolick with. And now I'm totally waiting for him to show back up in a week for revenge.

5 indulged me:
OMG SO CUTEEEEE!!!
I had a rodent infestation last year, only I was not as nice about it as you. I broke my lease and moved! So glad you will now be able to sleep (I soooo know that scratching sound at 4a.m....ugh!!!)
Merlot - I KNOWWWW! Seriously. I wanted to keep him. Minus the heinous claws, of course.
Citygal - Thanks sheezus it wasn't an infestation because I would have been out fo sho. Yuck.
Aww...what a little cutie! Poor buddy...
But seriously...get him out...not cute enough to not get sleep..
Those little guys are STRONG and SMART mothereffers. My parents had one on their roof that LITERALLY moved the tiles over to make a little nest for themselves. and then proceeded to have raccoon sex about 6 feet from my parents window. awesome.
